"I just cannot" is not a good description of the problem. What exactly happens? Can't connect error, can connect but back to main menu error, etc. etc.?

Yeah, a lot of people on there seem to think they're the shit. And most of them aren't roleplaying which leads me to the conclusion that some of them are just giant douchebags.
Some guy named Thomas Crown was giving me crap about being in the Cathedral when the Russians had it, telling me it was a restricted area, and when I talked when I was dead told me to "shut the fuck up". Apparently he enjoyed the dominance over a bluesuit who logged in to find himself in the middle of 10-15 heavily armed assholes. He made my hit list pretty easily.

About the guys zooming round killing people. The problem seems to be there is no lag on the people doing well. The way the supply drops are done means 3 groups get massive bonuses all the time, which then sets them up to be able to hold the places against anyone else and so on in a vicious cycle.
The fact they then choose to tour round all the cities reducing anyone there, including NPCs (making trading then impossible largely) is unsurprising because its the easiest way to get experience and there is no long term goal for them to be kept busy with.
Far better would be a few more drop sites, with far less and lower tech stuff in each ... so it wouldnt end up with uber teched guys smoking the rest of the world and the spread would be far greater.
Then for the high tech stuff you could have to join the brotherhood/enclave which you would then have to keep paying money to the higher up, else they would not repair your suit/high tech weapons for you (with no other method of repair) - just to introduce some drag on the big guys
As for a long term goal, something more fun than destroying blue suits on site, something like a Vats site with periodic invasion by super mutants

and there were guilds ....... so the roleplay was everything.....
i remember there was a city where noobs couldn't be killed
and Hi level players helped the others !

You must've had a stroke of bad luck. I'm still low level myself, but I always meet nice people ready to lend a hand. And I helped a few myself. Just earlier today the guys decided to kill NPC's around the cathedral. I joined in, helped kill a couple, and the third got a critical on me from a mile away. I asked some guy, Matrix, to grab my stuff, I respawned and went back to get it. It went smooth and I didn't lose a thing.
