Gaming Accomplishments of Extreme Difficulty

It isn't that hard, but I'm about 98% done with MGS 3 on Extreme difficulty with zero kills.

Pretty sure my last housemate took my memory card though.
 
Forgot one. Ever play Trauma Center: Under the Knife? It was a DS game where you play a doctor with the ability to slow time. First few stages were simple doctor shit. Then out of fucking nowhere some kind of super-parasites that can cause internal lacerations, cancer, and other shit start fucking shit up AND you get to disarm a bomb. Weird as Hell and super hard. The last stages are so hard, even with your slow-mo powers.
 
A few of mine:

-Beating Mega Man 10 without taking any damage
-Carrying the garden gnome all the way to the rocket in Half Life 2: Episode 2
-Beating all the Instant Action maps in f.e.a.r. and f.e.a.r. Files on Insane
-Beating Doom 1 and 2 ( and No Rest for the Living ) on Ultraviolence.
 
I beat every episode of Wolfenstein 3D... without vomiting. This is the only game that caused me to feel motion sickness, perhaps I shouldn't have played it for hours on end, but still.
 
I have almost beaten the speed tunnel in Battle Toads in Battlemaniacs on several occasions. That in itself is an accomplishment.

I haven't been able to beat that crap ever, and I've been trying for at least sixteen years.
