Eastern European mindset is something you don't fully understand with your West German thinking. You're all "Ja ja give me the artsies" whereas Crni and Valcik are all beret wearin', vodka and slivovitch and shady eastern hooch-swillin', old time conflict rememberin', squat-sittin' and adidas wearin' -folks.

Thing is Crni's and Val's particular shitholes were never in mutual conflict, so it's more of a case of them never crossing streams but having the compulsory need to do so.
 
I was just making a joke at my own expense.

No mutual conflict needed, or they'll just make a new one up. Estonia might all of a sudden be in a beef with Bulgaria, or something. You never know. Example, Finland is now in a beef with Hungary because we criticized them and now Orban is verbally attacking us. Expect Finnish reindeer vodka -troops fighting against Hungarian Magyar wine -troops any day now.

Serbs are fine, there's huge flux of Serb workforce flooding Slovak employment market. They work hard and behave well, with exception of occasional pub fights, which is our national sport anyway so locals don't care.

So you're comparing a group of a few thousand people to a group of ~700,000 people? What use is that, exactly?
Fun fact: in 2018, Serbs killed 27 people in Germany. Raped quite a few, too.
