General Gaming Megathread: What are you playing?

Well the things that put me off.. For a short time i guess? Is that you can pick up and throw so many items.. I feel like i've missed a lot just because i don't want to check the mountain of throwable stuff laying around.
And it seems like the sandstorm early on is scripted. If you kill the enemies you "fail" the objective Was sitting back and nothing happened untill x enemies were down. Tried to be quick but the same result but much faster. I don't like scripted stuff like that tbh.
Let me kill them all god damn it :P !

Yeah, you're supposed to steal the battery from the helicopter and keep it from taking it off. They don't say that, though.

Defeating the bad guys does nothing and it's best to ignore them and run past them.

That will trigger the sandstorm too.

There's an "Arrow in the knee" reference in For Honor. A 2017 release.
...

If it only wasn't for messages having a short history, it's easy the thing I talk more to people through. Plus nice und tidy

Can I get Valkyria Chronicles on GOG? Fallout New Vegas? Rainbow Six Siege?

Why would anybody want to play those shitty games?

GOG is good for certain things, but Steam has lots of sales too, a chat client, workshop, etc...

'Tis true Steam is so far more social networky, but GOG Galaxy is coming. On the other hand, Steam also has tons of useless shit. Easy to ignore, luckily, but still...

Really guys?, I'm surprised. A game inspired heavily by PS:Torment is coming out and your not hyped.

Because inXile have shown they have don't have the talent there to do those games justice. Fargo is selling nostalgia pipe dreams. Obsidian could maybe.

Pretty much what Toront said. Well, maybe a bit rephrasing.

I do believe inXile have talent, but they lack execution. Wasteland 2 wasn't a bad game, but it wasn't that good either. inXile has shown levels of incompetence in design and communication with players, which is reason enough for me to avoid purchasing for now. Also, the lack of transparency, the mediocre writing of Wasteland 2 and the consolification taking precedence over original content in Torment's development are reasons enough for me to have a lack of interest in general.
Also, add to that that if this is just some sort of rehash of Torment I would be extremely disappointed - and as it turned out, Wasteland 2 was mostly a rehash of Wasteland 1, so I have little reasons to hope for anything better this time.

And I dislike Fargo. It has become painfully obvious that his primary goal isn't on delivering promised content but on selling well. I can't blame a man for wanting to make good business, but I can blame him for manipulating his customers into financing something that he and his team are, apparently, unable or unwilling to deliver. And if he tarnishes the legacy of something as dear to me as Planescape: Torment, I would be really pissed off, so there's that too.

Whatever the reason, there are too many negatives in my book for me to be genuinely interested in this game. I will most definitely play it at some point, but it's quite low on my list of priorities at the moment and will probably stay there for a while.
