Yer fond of me Lobster!
What timeline am I in where even Crni is like what the fuck is Mutantscalper trying to do.
A person shoot 12 toddlers or so, with his rifle. No one. Fucking no one, is going to think that. Do you know what the people do? They post on their twitter "I think I'll buy some stuff for my AR-15 today. That'll piss off a Liberal.". This is the kind of conversation we reached and you're doing absolutely nothing here to change the situation, but simply throwing more gasoline on a fire. That's what you're doing. And it's iritating. But do as you please. If you think this is the way to make changeh happen, so be it. But if that was the right way, we would have already seen change. But you could as well go and bang your head on a wall I suppose as try to change someone or what ever.
You don't have to be irritated. Just let that shiet go and exist in a more smooth society. In Europe you have to worry about this crap a lot less.
Just car bombing, acid attacks, mass shootings (just not in schools I will give you that), and good old car attacks. Never mind being I.D.'d to buy a butter knife meant for little kids (yeah you go U.K.). If people want to kill one another they will find a way to do it. There is no need to go on for 196 pages of your I hate America bullshit.
They need to use their guns against the oppressive law makers. So the EU decided that all the happy little EU countries need better gun control, and Switzerland, not a member of the EU but of the Schengen Agreement, might now be forced to change their laws (and a fundamental part of their cultural heritage) to not get kicked out of the Schengen Agreement. Despite Switzerland not having any problems with gun violence.
Not even being not a member of the EU will save you from this clusterfuck these days.
Too bad the law makers are some faceless mooks in Brussels, and last time some german-speaking dudes marched into Belgium England threw a fit and bombed the shit out of them. They need to use their guns against the oppressive law makers.
Despite Switzerland not having any problems with gun violence.
Three shootings in almost twenty years is pretty damn good. Considering swiss gun violence rates are better than basically every other european country except maybe Austria it stands to reason that Switzerland doesn't need better gun control laws because they know how to handle that shit responsibly. Of course, "personal responsibility" is not really an EU-thing, so there's that.
If gun control laws and gun violence would causally correlate here you'd actually make Switzerland worse if you force stricter laws.
So national sovereignity and actually not being a EU-member is worth less than being only slightly better than Finland.
Seems fair, it should be every country's highest goal to be vastly better than Finland.
Actually, it's quite low when accounting for both number of guns and number of homicides.
