If you were making Fallout 4

Soviets in Fallout world weren't in war with USA. Actually, they were in quite good relations. Canada has been annexed by USA, so there's no Canadian flag. I've played Operation Anchorage, and as long as Bethesda makes this... Thanks but no thanks. Anyway, winter just doesn't fit Fallout style. It's always been about scorched, arid wastelands . Let's keep it that way.

Guess you're right...

I almost forgot my Fallout knowledge...

Thank you Dutch Ghost for sharing Fallout Yurop ideas. It's crazy good. This game must be made.

Fallout Chicago might be kind of interesting. Or something with a speak easy/gangster type of theme.

Thank you for your compliment lava3d.
Since the last version I posted here I have made several additional ideas and concepts for locations and groups with help from Hassknecht.

The Arcaden, the 'Hub' of Berlin, trading groups like the Kohle Barons who trade in fuel and water, a Dutch trading group called the Nederlandse Handels Companie, and a nod to Wasteland in form of the Blood Cult.

The last would be a bizarre cult obsessed with blood letting, having long fogotten why they actually started with it.

WHat do you think aout the next idea:

In Fallout we have gotten used to our actions influencing the world we are introduced to in a great waym being it directly affecting the outcome of a situation or indirectly influencing the people involved etc.

What do you think about not only you being the one influencing the world, but other NPCs too?
Now Let me clarify. In my Fallout 4 idea that I wrote in the subforum (it was't that well written I admit that) I had the idea of 4 Orbital Vault Dwellers landing on a region of the USA (still not decided) so the event at the begining of the game would set them all apart, everyoen with the same mission (get teh Orbital Vault back to earth) but everyone with their own outlook on how to achieve this, or even achieve it in the first place, so my idea would be that this other Vault Dwellers wouldn't all have a predetermined set of action they woudl always follow in every game, but isntead they would act on theior own, using a Calendar system would make it optimal, so for example, Vault Dweler #1 goes looking for the place where he can get the shuttle (or ship) that will help the Vault land, he overhears soemthing and lets say in MAY 5 he kills a bunch of people, probably merchants or a small town trying to get somethign from this, if you are far from the place in MAY 5 the VD#1 would just kill this post and you wouldn't know except for comments made by NPCS and if you visit the place, but on the other side of the situation, you are in MAY 5 n that settlement, and the VD#1 arrives there, yo ucane either fight him and kill him (ending his arc as a character), convicne him that what he wants is not there, give him what he wants or help him in his massacre. Dependign on the outcom his future actions would change.
Now a bigger pciture example Vault Dweller#2 ddecides that the best for the Vault is ensure that they will be protected by a group of peopel that would bei nterested in them surviving so he starts unifying or negotiating with local factions, so lets say, The player wants another faction to or no Faction to be near the Vault. VD#2 would be interested in the Rusty Hooks, who, in this hypotetic scenario, are a Industrial Faction similar to the Gun RUnners. So he would start his diplomatic action in June 5, you could get there and disrupt his negotiations or help him, forcing him to switch focus on another faction. Mayeb he is launching a negotiation attempt at two factons at teh time and you have to chooose wich one to either hep to unify with him or prevent from doing so.

SO what do you think?

That was an absolutely beautiful description for a trailer though. You sir, have a knack for imagery.

Next Fallout game will probably use the new Skyrim "Creation Engine".

R.I.P "Gamebyro."

The "Creation" engine is just Gamebryo 2.0

It's the gamebryo engine with updated graphics, nothing more and nothing less. If you believe it's an entirely new engine you need to get your head checked out.

No it's not! The quests and npcs are going to be soooo.....radiant? Our first test will be to see if you can climb a damn ladder in Skyrim. Then we'll know for sure. :x
