Where does the handle "dassbaba" come from? It really sounds like it should mean something, to me at least, even though I can't really make sense of it. Perhaps I'm just analyzing it a tad too much.

Hi, I’ve been a lurker for a while (must be 3/4 years - visiting every few months or so) and thought it was time to step out from the shadows and show myself. Like all you guys I wouldn’t be here if I wasn’t, 1. a pretty huge Fallout fan 2. partially insane, 3. looking for the Herve Caen fan club .
I bought the original Fallout when it first came out in the UK, because luckily I had played a demo of it in the first gaming magazine I ever bought (at the tender age of 11/12) so I think it was kind of destiny. Obviously fell in love with the game and told all my friends, spreading the Fallout goodness. Fallout 2 improved on the original and is officially my favourite game of all time. FOT sucked, but not as bad as I thought it would.
I am greatly impressed with the site and the way in which you’ve never let down in the battle for F3, it’s very likely that you guys were a catalyst for actually bringing Van Buren into production! While I'm at it i would like to voice my disgust at Interplay for sacking one of the finest game development teams in history...Black Isle studios - and to make it twice as bad, as a direct result of POS. I hope you keep up all the good work on the site (!!) while not forgetting to make Herve Caen's pathetic life more miserable than it already must be! Anyway, I would like to post on these forums because I’ve seen that this is a cool community of intelligent people (on the most part ). Lets hear it for the UK Fallout community!
