19. And everything in Holland is legal once you're 19; all alcohol-holding beverages, pot, driving, being/visiting a whore (that might be 21, though), etc. etc.

Of course, it's the old 16/14 combo for sex. Mwehehehe.
 
Ahh 19 years of age, damned most useless age ever. In norway that is, just ask Odin i'm certain that he will agree.

You cannot go to any places where they sell strong beverages, and you cannot go to polet (the norwegian liquer shops) and buy strong liquer (above 20%). in other words, you gain no new rights and the only thing you can do with the bloody year is to hope i passes as fast as posibole.

I will be 19 this year.

But although it's not strong liquor, at least you can buy alcohol, no? Just be thankful you're not in the US - they have to wait til 21 to buy *any* kind of alcohol.
 
I have been buying alcohol for a long time. Moonshine floats pretty freely here in Norway.

Our neighbour used to be a pretty large moonshiner here, until he was so daft that he got so drunk that he did not recognise his son in law and shot him in the leg. Police caught him so we have had to relly on smugeled moonshine since then.

Also there is also the nice friends that can go and buy something for us.

Ah. I'm only 27, but have a 5 year old, a 2 year old (he'll be 3 in November), and another on the way in late November, early December. Halfway to my goal of 6!
