Sure, like I said, the allies are not without some blame here as well. And they would have recruited someone like Mengele without doubts, if they saw him and his research as pivotal for the technology/arms race after WW2. However, do you think that either Japan or Germany would have done anything after WW2 without pressure? I mean which nation would?
