Join NMA's Fantasy Football league!

Preemptive thanks for posting updates. I liked Kharn's weekly recap too, I could almost here John Facenda's voice over and the NFL films music - like you got better things to do.

I'm interested in Warner but not looking to dump off receivers. However, since you'll be getting a straight-up RB1 for Warner you should have no problem forwarding said RB1 for a WR1.
Warner's gun shy, "boo hoo I saw Antoine's sinuses shattered into the back of his skull, I'm scaaaaared". Pussy. I'd be scared of his wife, that's what I'd be afraid of.

Here in america, if you like something and you think it has value, you pay for it. Unless you're a democrat.

Then you take out a loan you can't afford, default on it, and cry until the rest of us go out of pocket to bailout your weak ass.
yeah I'm one of those assholes that bought a house I could afford, put money down and actually pay my mortgage. Fuck me.
Actually I bought when the market was rock bottom, so I made out pretty good, but I have 1 kid and 1 coming, so all my remaining disposable income goes towards beer and/or sedatives.

i kinda actually hate my espn league. i hate the format and set-up. i'd be interested in checking out the nfl.com one though. either way, yahoo's fine.

BN, just pm me if you wanna make a deal. i'm down.

Holy shit my team is terrible. Guess that's what happens when you let a Canadian into your little NFL party :).

Needless to say, my hockey pool is doing much better :).

yeah. i follow the guy every week. i like 'im.

Anyway, I could've told you that :P

well, it's what i HAD already for my line-up...but then he threw a few "wtf's" at me with this:

"Aaron Rodgers, QB, Packers: After struggling against the Buccaneers, Rodgers is again hot, throwing for five touchdowns against just one interception in his last two games. He has had the advantage of playing against two of the weaker pass defenses in the Falcons and Seahawks, but the road gets much tougher with dates against the Colts and Titans in his next two matchups. These teams have allowed a combined two passing touchdowns in 10 games. Both rank in the top six in yards allowed as well. Look for Rodgers to perhaps have his worst statistical performances to date in his next two games."

I love lazy analysis.

The Colts don't give up big plays, this has been true for years and will remain true. But they don't have a pass rush, and are hardly a tough matchup.

Allowed a combined two passing TDs in 10 games? Ok, so what QBs have the colts faced?

Kyle Orton, Tarvaris Jackson, David Garrard, Sage Rosenfels and Joe Flacco. Two of those guys aren't even starting anymore. David Garrard is the only one out of the set you could call competent (though Orton seems to be building a hot streak).

I hate it when people simplify analysis without factoring in who was playing. None of those guys hold a candle to the GB passing attacks. Hell, except for Houston all of those offenses go through the run game.

Bunch of asstards.

We're in the middle of a game, Hawks-Bucs, so due for more change:

None Is The Pigskin 78.46
Roche Clippers 91.23

The Punisher 41.16

Pre-Den-NE, Post-point fairies
(if you're unfamiliar with this concept, the point fairies are when Yahoo! swoops in to correct stats (a few yards here or there, a tackle here or there). They can tilt what you thought was a win into a loss)

None Is The Pigskin 81.25
Roche Clippers 91.88
Both teams got a defensive back going, and I have B-Marsh on top of that. If Harrison and Bailey balance each other out (possible), I need more than ten points from Marshall to win. Doable, but not guaranteed.

Elastical Gomez 111.87
Sanders Levellers 110.44
Twinkie up by one with his kicker still going, but Mike has Eddie Royal and Ellis Hobbs up for the batter. Would be surprising if Mike doesn't win this one.

The Punisher 41.81
DammitMilkers 123.36
Stag is AWOL, DB wins. Nice score in a low-scorin' week, tho'

The Simpletons 77.61
Imalumberjackandimok 84.29
Prez is up by 7 but out of players (not surprising as he played the O willie parker and the suspended Pacman), with SimpleMinded having Cutler and D.J. Williams left. Unless something goes spectacularly wrong, this one goes to Simple.

Teh Masterers 71.92
Ronstoppable 109.44
The bottom feeder both just kind of left their teams to fend for themselves looks like, and Stoppable gets the second win of the season. Dude deserved more.

ARGHHH! fuck YUO mike! i really thought i had this game!!!!!

also, stag is a goddamn tard. i even pm'ed him twice offering to help him out. stag, you dumb idiot retard-tard.

I'm going to have a heart attack if Cassel throws it anywhere near Champ.
B-Marsh could really tear shit up tonight, look what Rivers & Vincent Jackson et al did to the Pats D last week. Ugly. Hopefully the Pats D took their Geritol and drink plenty of Ensure between series.

Ellis J. Hobbs III gets picked on a lot, but he's always good for a few decent kick returns and a possible pick.
Royal has looked spectacular. Too much speed for the Pat's geezer's.
