Wow Wooz, that's really amazing! You do good work.
The only gripe I have (and it's minor) is with that exhaust pipe with all the tubes connected to it. Seems sort-of akward to have something simple like that be a crouded hub for tubes. In your first sketch it looked like it might be closed off, like it contained something. I don't know, maybe a pump/filter, or compressed gas, or electronics. Now it isn't so functionally ambiguous and it's kind-of a give away that those random tubes are there just for the sake of random tubes.

The only tube you might want to tinker with is the one that is visible all the way from the back of her head to her back. That is the only one that seems too short and I can't think of a use for it (in the functioning of the cyborg). 'Hiding' one end of the tube might help, if you can't see where it's going it somehow seems to make more sense.

Feels a little empty in the lower left corner. maybe a little too weighted in the right side.

I like it, but you should draw them slightly rotated me thinks. Side views are cool, but seeing them in perspective (or what ever word fits better) gives stuff much more feel.
add: I think slightly rotating the head would be enough in this piece. I do understand if you don't though with all that detail connected to it...
