Mods you should install

This mod http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/897/ is very useful for organizing your UI, there's even a compatibility patch with the full dialogue mod

I need a mod to tell what items are unique. With all the legendary modded crap I don't know anymore and I am stockpiling every piece of crap I find because I am afraid of selling a unique item.

Anyway I found this cool character save that looks just like Natalia from Fallout 1. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/m...4/ajax/moddescription/?id=2887&preview=&pUp=1

Where's the mod that removes all legendary items entirely?

And the one that adds a proper .50 rifle?

There´s a mod that disables minutemen radiant quests.

http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3456/?

But how are you gonna woo Curie after finishing the mainquest then?

What does Curie have to do with the minutemen?

Nothing, but she approves of helping the Minutemen (or just helping people in general), so it can be a bit tricky to get her approval late in the game when there's nothing left to do but shooting people.

That´s not really a problem since almost all the quests involving helping somoene by shooting someone else.

The thing that still disturbs me is that all the bolt rifles have the bolt on the left side of the weapon, and pretty much any other weapon as well. But with automatic weapons that's not THAT much of a problem, as there are some in real life that have the cocking handle on the left side too, like the MP5, G3 and many more. Still, most wepons, even automatic weapons, should have it on the right side of the rifles.

Maybe I am the only one, but I find that silly. Not to mention highly unpractical for anyone who's right handed, which the player aparantly is.

Oh god...I read the comments to this Gopher Fallout 4 Mods video that explains the dialogue mod and no-voiced protagonist mod...Oh god...

Here is one that destroyed my faith in humanity: "Not going to lie, the NoPlayerVoice mod is about as disrespectful as it gets towards the great work the voice actors did. It was a tremendous amount of work to record all these lines & they did it flawlessly. Muting the player character is akin to shitting on a soldier's grave on veteran's day."

You heard it here folks, not liking Fallout 4's voice acting is the same as "shitting on a soldier's grave on veterans' day."

Or this:

I never understood people's complaints about the dialogue wheel.... Up is Questioning, Left is Unsure, Down is Positivity, Right is Angry.

Understand this and it doesn't really matter what you say exactly.

I think the main complain comes down to, no colurs for da wheel! I dun not know what to press to get to da shootzing of peeple!

Maybe people would feel better if there was some colour for it, that way you have no reason to follow anything, just chose the colour you like the most, Green, Red, Yellow and Blue.

I've been watching Gopher's videos on Fallout 4 mods, and it is quite telling of the state of the game when the most prominent mods released in the first couple weeks of the game are ones that remove the so-called "features" such as the dialogue wheel, the voiced-protagonist, etc.

A disturbing number of comments on these mod videos are trying to say that Bethesda's vanilla game is fine the way it is and the mod is not necessary.

Strange. When my friend plays Fallout 4, I can see that some options are greyed out, and I recall a few being dark‐yellow. Maybe he was playing with modifications? :-?
