You don't like the green CA (besides not liking the power armors)?! Which original Fallout armors do you like, then?
Combat Armour and Leather Jacket. Although I don't like pants (in all armours) since they're totally
empty, I mean, there's no cool-ish details like belts, knife-holders, metal-ish plates, etc., which would exaggerate post-apoc nature of game. IIRC, FOT critters were more detailed.
Maybe lack of details is caused by few-pixels-crap on the screen? Or maybe design went that way? Dunno.

(you can't say you like the leather jacket, because you're Continuum, and everyone knows Continuum has
zero tolerance for references)
Well, there's a distinct difference between taking some, let's say
design, from movie, where setting in consistent with game you want to place it, and things like fucking Star Trek, Mobsters, Jackie Chan, or Aliens.
So, there's nothing wrong with such reference. Also, you may put something just because you like it (and it's going to fit nicely), without ANY referencing in mind. Just like
town on the rusty bridge (or highway) from Johnny Mnemonic I was talking about in other thread. I didn't want to put it, because I wanted to make movie reference, but just because I like this idea and it could fit nicely.
End of interrogation!

For an npc, easy, about a month or so, for the hero critter twice as much AND the male counterpart would need to be made as well...
Sounds like eternity to me!
