Hmm... TitaniumBrowser gives me a error message with failed to set data for ' and frm2gif doesn't work, either.

Are there any more alternatives, guys?

If you use Titanium Browser, open up an .FRM, and right-click on the image. You'll get a save-as gif option, and you should be good to go.

An idea for some possible animation: to recolor the brown robes (ones that Hakunin, Elder... use) into that shade of purple (the one that Bridgekeeper robes use) and use that animation for Vic when he is wearing the Bridgekeeper (or regular) robe. Since Vic now uses the same one as the Chosen One, it feels a bit odd, considering he is shorter and of a different build than the Chosen One.

Titanium worked now after a proper install, i forgot to put it in Programs directory. (Programsx86 in Vista)

Many thanks for you guys. Ah, btw - here's the sledgehammer set i made.
Unfortunately, i just now noticed about the small miscolorations at holstering animation. I'm on it.

Dude, that back is crazy flat, and in some of 'em it's flashing mightily from bright light blue to dark blue.
I think you should check it out how the blue changes in tone "under the number" and then try to do that without the number.
A good numberless back you could see on the Enclave citizen sprite perhaps.

Yeah, it's lacking shadows/depth. I didn't want to say anything but so does a lot of the animations of the male numberless as well...

Yeah, i'm aware of back problems and they're far from perfect, but that's why i posted them - to ask your honest opinion. I also wondered if the depth could be compensated with uniform darker "navy blue". And since there's no running or sledge swinging Enclave citizens available, i'll have to improvise.

Flat backs.

Good that the "13" isn't drawn on the front. That would be awful.

Btw, x'il, i didn't even noticed that FOnline bluesuits experience the same problem with the depth. I counted that for "normal case", maybe that's why the back parts turned out that bad.

Hm. The Enclave citizens don't swing any sledge hammers, but you should still get a general idea of how pixels of different tone and value are divided on the back to give it the form it should have. Just "dying" them blue with one colour is definitely not going to do the trick.

I haven't ever heard of that browser. How do i do that with Google Chrome browser.

I thought you were the author since you were the one who provided the link some pages back... but anyway, yeah, that pack of numberless male jumpsuit animations seem to be, reasonably, a combination between the original numberless npc animations and the rest of the sets are 'painted' ones, but most of those look bad (really bad), which is why i decided not to use some of it's weapon sets i was thinking of using for my jumpsuit re-colors at that moment. What Gaspard pointed out here:

must really be kept in mind in order to get good results.

I once thought about making numberless hero jumpsuits, but in order to get good results, you would have to basically paint every frame (where the 13 number is visible) one at a time with various colors in order to create the proper shadows/depth... an overwhelming amout of work.

No, guys, you're right.
Quality is more important than quantity that i strived for. However, i will try now a slightly different approach, what will last a while.

A little 'fix'.... while working on this particular animation for the bald dude, i noticed that it was teeming with holes, i mean, there's always a hole here and there in some animations but this one was really damaged so i decided to fix it.

Here's the FRM: http://www.mediafire.com/?yytyp3c7p3ldbfg

Yeah I alway patch those holes...some of the original animations are poorly rendered, but that's Fallout.

How about someone makes an animation for Tandi? She is an old (extremely old) woman, but uses the same animation as young and vital women from the rest of the Fallout world. Since she is practically bold, maybe some modification of the bald doctor sprite would seem appropriate, and since she doesn't wield a weapon (or just a knife, I forgot), there wouldn't be much trouble, right?
