New animations 2

What of player animations and icons for Blue CA and Black CA? It will be weird to kill a cop in Blue CA, but loot and wear a green CA.

Also, there should be a suit or two in a locker for stealing, for item hoarders who want it in their HQs/car trunks but don't want to kill NCR people (90% chance of war and mayhem).

All that applies to Black CA and any future variants.
 
What I'd like to see would be Enclave uniforms and overalls.
Mechanics in leather armor... that just looks stupid. And I always found it weird that APA is their standard uniform. For duty, yeah, but even the Base Commander, who just sits around in his office?
 
You never know when a random dude from the wasteland just walks in and starts blasting everyone with a gauss rifle. Gotta be ready with that power armor. Not that it's of any use against eyeshot criticals.

All of that was done a long time ago. Check the first post of this thread (link in my sig as well) for an Index of every finished animation (that included download links) posted in it's pages.
 
They have made a lot of different colors for the Combat Armor too, and also a few interesting things. Not understanding Russian, nor Google-translated Russian, I can't look at the details too much. But it seems they're trying to make them full-set.
 
Would be nice to know what exactly that creature is supposed to be. :p

Who cares? Its a new critter. Vague post apocalpytic mutated beast. After all, what is a deathclaw? :lol:

Those guys are doing some very sweet work.
 
Hey.
I'm trying to set up some new color for the Combat Armor. Before I start colorizing, I extract all the .frms to turn them into .bmp ; and I'll work on the colors when I'll have all these .bmp . The problem is, I have around 180 .frm to extract to get these .bmp - and that is only for the male version of, let's say, the combat armor. Another 180 .frm will need to be extracted in FrameAnimator for the female version.

I can't believe all the moders have to do this tedious thing each time! :-p Isn't there a .rar somewhere that contains all the .bmp needed?

Hey Izu,

The frame animator has a nice automate option : under the file tab, choose automate, as "source" select all your frm and that's it (unless you have a different color palette to choose) , click start and let the magic works!

All your bmp will be in the same folder of your frm.

Two new critters I made : grey/dark ones, and scary (hopefully! All these critters' blood is also dark, not red.). They will probably be used in Surface Dwellers. Of course, you can use them if you give credit.

I made these two because I'll have the use of them in my game, but if you think they're cool, then I might do some more!

I need the grey blood, that's why I recolored it. It's also easier to do, because I've only one layer to apply the b&w effect on.
 
This reminds me of something-- With the FOnline engine, you could simply apply a shader / filter to the critter, which would as well being able to recolor it like that. At least in the floaters case (doesn't have any guns) it would work, I think.
 
In fact, I have created new playable ghoul-race, but it's moar human-like than "Garold-type ghouls" :P

That looks pretty good. I think it comes really close to the original models, though something is still hindering this. Maybe the shirt that might be a bit too detailed (due to the shadows)?
