The last two pictures are the cover from Mark Morgan's OST release of the FO1+FO2 music. Not sure if it's copyrighted though... the music itself is a free download:

The cover art for the music would be a nice touch for a loading page, if it's not copywrited.

The last two, both nukes, are excellent. But, you don't need more than one nuke picture for a loading screen. These are better than the ones in your last post. Pick your favorite and use it.

Pixote started a new "how to" topic recently on this subject. Check it out. Someone knew the font for the "loading" text.

Yeah checkout the thread on how to build SPLASH screens - it's pretty simple, but the images can't get any larger than 640x480...unless someone can get a full version of Image Alchemy PS. I looked, but the software is about 15 years old, and hard to find.

As for the pic in my sig, it started with this shot. It is a pan shot from the end of FO1 that the narrator talks over as he begins telling the end story. I can't remember where I found it.

It is a continuing work in progress for my own amusement. I've just added bits and pieces in Photoshop of other artwork I've "borrowed" from the forum gallery or elsewhere. I just found another New Vegas billboard I want to add. The vault dwellers are from my own screenshots of both the male and female Vault Dweller from the end of FO1. Many of the shadows are customized. Here is a JPG of the full size latest version.

Did the original ones have so many exclamation points? I feel like it sort of makes them look weird, but it's been a while since I payed attention to the actual loading screens anyway. :shrug:

I think that the both nuke ones look weird, though. And the screenshot from the beginning, with the troops in Canada, looks strange also. But the rest look good, although there's something about that text...

My favorites are the cathedral and the broken vault door.

Those two aren't mine, i've just tweaked the sharpness on them a bit. Looks like I still have some work to do before i'm as good as Kevin

Hm, I think that this one looks most like Fallout. But since most of them are "modern" cities they break the feel a little.

Here are some others that have a similar feel, I think-- although they might look a little strange.
