Our all-seeing vault keeper Ausir reports that EB Games Australia has offered a bonus for those who pre-orders Fallout New Vegas for XBox. It is called Classic Pack:<center>
</center>
As you can see it offers some "classic" Fallout items like Vault 13 suit and Vault 13 canteen. Yes, classic Vault 13 suit now looks like that.

It seems like this offer has been taken down for now. Though it might appear on the other game stores soon or at least for other countries at EB Games too. And likely it will be offered for PC too as XBox audience is not too familiar with the story of the first games.

So... What? Some crummy items from FO3? We've already had an armored vault suit, crappy pistol, and endless supply of stimpaks. The canteen is kind of a nice touch, at least, to play into the new game mechanic.

Also, I'm no beacon of grammatical accuracy, but:

I think it got something to do with the angle and the perspective the screenshot was made from.

And if this is an Xbox 360-only pre-order bonus I think they're appealing to the wrong community with this "classic" pack. :)

Looks really gimmicky though, like most pre-order bonuses for games. If it's in a Limited Edition version in EU (they do that a lot here) I might get that and whatever else comes with it.

Pretty sure he was referring to the grammar error in "wastelander's", it's possessive so the word "upright" belongs to the "wastelander". Even if it wasn't possessive it would still be wrong "help keep wastelander is upright".

By the way, I knew exactly what the link was to before I even clicked it. :)
 
Atleast it seems Stimpaks are now much more less in the wasteland. ( It has to be something "special" when they ship 5 of them as preorder bonus)
 
This looks ok, hope if comes out in US, only if the items aren't overpowered. And also, I would bet that the vast majority of PC gamers who have played any Fallout game have only played Fallout 3.
 
God...these pre-order bonus and "DLC's" are starting to piss me off!

Well, in the beginning you get your starter gear from Doc Mitches. I would guess that with this "bonus", you get additional items to this set.
