New Vegas secrets

I remember seeing a hotel room with a skeleton in a bathtub and there being a suitcase with jet or empty jet vials or other various drugs. It wasn't part of the Wild Wasteland perks and I don't remember anyone else mentioning it from what I found on google. I thought of it as a Fear and Loathing reference but can't relocate it. Anyone else remember this?

Bison Steve second floor. Most likely prewar. Some good drugs and a switchblade.

There is a small, hidden prewar bunker with supplies in the cave where nightstalkers reside - the one You go to help doctor Henry.

Yes, this one I found recent. There a story there, the guy who lives there wanna kidnapping some girl to rape her. Something like that.

I found a video for it, it somehow escaped me years ago though. And Deputy Beagle was present so yeah it's definitely Bison Steve Hotel. I wish they had done a little bit more with the Easter Egg tbh like having a radio in the bathroom on the floor or something.

Someone else mentions Ricky from Honest Hearts being a F&L reference but from what I remember and what the wiki says, I'm not so sure. Seems like they're really reaching for a reference there.

If your medicine is high enough when You start the game (25 or 30, I think). Doc Mitchell will give You some stimpacks.

Before You leave his house.

I'm pretty sure he gives you bonus items depending on your tag skills. Whenever I set up an explosive sbased character, I usually find some dynamite in my pockets after leaving his house, so there's that. I could be wrong though. But you can also repair the 9mm SMG and make some low tier chems in his house once you finish character creation.

Did you guys know you can enlist Victor's help in defending Goodsprings from the Powder Gangers? He won't actually show up when the fighting starts and you can call him out on it.
He insists he didn't even realise the fighting had started and with enough science skill you can find out he received a remote shutdown command (from Mr House.) before he could show up. Pretty neat.

I think everyone knows this, but FANTASTIC dress up as Legionary is pretty funny

I did not. After looking at his dialogue, I'm assuming he says this when in Legion armor.
"Hey man, when in Rome. I look so good in this shit, I want you to call me Fucking Spectacular from now on."

Also spotted this.
"Shh. You feel that? That's the winds of change, baby, and Fantastic's riding them with his magic angel wings. They saw the shit I did for the NCR, how I carried them on my back, brought fire to the heathens. I wasn't gonna help them but they begged. Well, somebody begged. Couldn't say who for sure. It's all a blur, you know? Chems, man. What a trip."

I never thought to come back and talk to him. Usually I just killed him and left after finishing the quest.

Surprised nobody mentioned that every sidequest and most of main quests use top 50s songs as their names. Some names like Ant misbehavin' are changed a little (song is called Ain't misbehavin').

the giant queen ant in one of the barns somewhere around camp mccarren. theres this like ant hill you can enter and walk through a cave and you turn a corner and run into the fucking massive thing. pissed myself the first time i ran into the fucking thing, scared the hell out of me.

There is a fatman in Quarry Junction in the pool of water, Easy way to score some free EXP early on if you can cripple a few deathclaws or run like a champion.
There is another one at one of the south west caves with some fire geckos "?" Can't remeber the name tho but the end of the cave is a pool of radiated water.

Trying to think of more but since i litterally have done 100% of the game most of the stuff seems like common knowledge for me besides a few things allready mentioned.

Not only that, but in the little mini-cave where you find the Deathclaw parents, there's a stash of 255 mini-nukes for that Fat Man. In that same area of Quarry Junction, there's also a light machine gun and some 5.56 mm ammo.

That area of the game is pretty hard early on unless you can sneak and run like a boss so I just go into the console and add Turbo, Buffout, and Stimpaks.
