I did actually put this question out (see
a few pages back in this thread) but
nobody seemed to have an opinion on it
so we're playing safe and sticking with
the Dev's original head. Also, as mr wolna
correctly points out changing his hair
(or lack of it) would add more work.

Not in the kicking animation. I don't know but I think they used the same head in every frame of the animation, so changing it to a hairless head it's not that difficult. But that is the case in this frm in particular, the rest would be kinda difficult.

They are doing a painfull work, I think you should be thankfull that they want to add a little more diversity into FO2, even if it isn't exactly the same guy.. just use your imagination and think that hes is bald.

Well, lets say like this. Fallout is all about details. In FO1 because there was a little less of everything, it seemed more genuine. You could not give your npc an armor to wear, and thats why this problem did not exist in Fo1. However, because FO2 is so big, and the creators made all the work in like 1 year after the release of FO1, it seems they did not have time to make everyone npc change armor, every location use different scenery and stuff like that. BUT! this is where the great guys kick-in like Josan and Jotisz, and also someothers that already posted in this thread :)

Bit late, maybe, but I wouldn't make the power armor for Sulik barefoot. This is simply because power armor by design is supposed to be sealed.

I don't like that tone to much... and if you want to see sullik wear boots and a helmet, then use the B-team mod. Jeez

Don't worry I don't expect sullic to be bear feated in a power armor. I acually wouldn't like to see a helmet less powerd armor sulik to keep the party unique even when the whole party wears power armors. I know.....lots of work, So I don't expect the helmet less power armor :)

Sorry i know how that sounded its not that i dont apricaete work done here but i got other point of view...but armor is for protection not looks...and im already using B-team mod.
 
Well Oracle we thinking about to put some paint on the power armor version like a bear hand or something that looks good for a tribal. And probably Power armor will have normal legs.
Anyway here is some pic I made a hour ago I'm interested in what you guys think about it every critic is welcomed

Armor is for protection yes, but here they are changing it so NPC won't look like the generic PC unlike like the b-team mod. But I'm glad that you see the point now.

And most of the vital organs are still protected so I don't see much trouble here anyway.

Yes, it would be alot of work. we'd love
to try to make him look something like the
tribal in power armour in the game loading
image. But first we finish the 4 basic armour
types for the 3 main NPC's and release the
mod (hopefully in time for killaps next

Maybe I should have said "pressurized". Think of a kevlar vest. That's armor, but it's not sealed. Leather armor is definitely not sealed, nor is metal armor OR combat armor. So I'll waste all the breath I want. Thppt!
