It's definitely not mexico, spain, argentina, el salvador. I think it might be columbian. I don't understand how they all manage to have a different dialect and yet british english is not that hard for americans to understand. Probably just a second language thing.

Shit can be 'haunted' even if it's not literally haunted by a ghost you know what I mean? If you know so much suffering or injustice happened somewhere it definitely feels fuckin haunted. The city I grew up in started as a japanese internment camp. When you go to those spots you can feel it.
 
That is the kinda of haunting that exists imo. You can feel the vibe in the air then people get freaked out and start hallucinating. Or they just make shit up and spread the fear which then makes people really see things especially if they are mentally ill.
 
If ghosts are real and we still ain't got proof we're never getting it. Clearly they've either got sneak 100 or don't exist. I can't say I've ever met anyone that actually genuinely believes in ghosts and makes it part of their personality and shit though
 
Ghosts only affect you in your sleep or if you are deluded. They cannot exist on the material plane. They cannot move shit.
