I don't get that Kanye one.
It's in reference to the hospital scene in End of Evangelion, which has suddenly become a meme now for some reason. The kid Shinji goes to the hospital to plead for help to Asuka who is in a coma. As he cries and tries to shake her awake, the bed sheet comes off as well as part of her hospital gown. He then masturbates into his hand to the sight of her half naked.I don't get that Kanye one.
I guess the implication here is that he's going to masturbate to a hospital bedridden Kanye?

It is a indicative of a deep problem in anime as well. Mainly the sexually repressed nature of the entire country of Japan.
Evangelion was pretty good, if I remember correctly. It's been 20 years since I've seen it though. Everyone hated End of Evangelion though. It was too weird for 1997 Japan.
