I guess if my game was broken, then that could make it harder to do that route.Do that route with Project Nevada + Hardcore + Hard mode + The Living Desert + Optional a World of pain or MoMod and tell me that.
And only Hard mode, why not Very Hard mode?
AWOP and The Living Desert are good though.
Also AWOP doesn't really change the difficulty of that route, since it mostly only affects other areas (IIRC). But I will add it to my list below anyway.
And it would still be a breeze. I would probably have to use some of the healing items looted from Doc Mitchell's home and maybe a healing powder made with supervision of Sunny Smiles though. But not hard at all.
Now, if you told me to say that if I used BLEED + JSawyer mod + Ultra Hardcore Mode (not released yet though) + Unfound Loot + Economic Overhaul + Vicious Wastes (will need some work on xEDIT to make it compatible with JSawyer mod) + Living Desert + AWOP + Tons of lStewieAl's Tweaks settings (that make stuff harder) + not using the crap packs (Courier's Stash pack)... That would probably make me think otherwise.
Although, it would probably not be that hard, since going that route just involves running to New Vegas, not fighting much (or at all if it all goes perfectly).

Actually I don't think I ever played FNV modded at all. But to be honest, I haven't played the game since the Ultimate Edition came out.
