Naw. Batman? Batman the animated series was pretty dark and gritty but Batman wasn't known for killing people.

Speaking of the Spider-Man cartoon. In the German translation they havn't been allowd to use the word "blood". Because it was a kids show and all that - talk about political correctness ... - so each time something had to do with blood they used the word plasma. No clue if that was also true for the english version. Which was quite confusing for me as a dumb kid. Why the fuck does this vampire mutant Morbious need plasma for? Don't they suck blood!!!!

Norman looked like that in the comic.
The plasma thing was also why Punisher used lasers instead of bullets.

Some people say that it wasn't even meant to be an actual demo, it was more of a self immolation stunt with Kojima working with Sony behind Konami's back as a big fuck you to them.
 
I just hate FPS horror games due to them being so shitty and lame. BOOOOOOO!!!!! BOOOOOOOO!!!!!! NOW RUN FROM SOMETHING YOU CANNOT KILL! BOOO AGAIIIIIIINNNNN!!!!!!!
 
A lot of horror games and movies ruin themselves by having really fucked up, graphic stuff in them. I go from being in suspense and fear to seeing gruesome stuff happen to someone, especially a kid. Instantly no longer afraid and just dislike the game or movie.
