and instead of jogging an hour and a half, find some big stones that you can just lift and carry them as fast as you can say, ten meters, doing that every other day for a year will definatly give your hands a more weathered look.
Also, hard *physical* work (building stuff of stones, using hammers, using sledgehammers, etc.) is definatly the way to give you the weathered look...just go to a building construction site and look at the people there, most of them are in fairly good shape, and every single one of them has bigger hands then you, provided you don't have above normal sized hands yourself...only thing is the average worker eats alot of junkfood, heh.
