Maximum blood means that if you do a extreme critical, or have the bloody mess trait on it will show the uber death animations.Raza said:I installed the 1.5 patch on the UK version of F2, did the read only and stuff for everything, and everything seems to work (and makes the game a lot more fun, thanks), except that while it added the option to select 'maximum blood' which wasn't there before, it still never actually shows death animations beyond falling into a puddle of blood.
Am I doing something wrong or is this simply not a featute of the path? (last seems most likely outside that I don't get why you'd add the ability to change the options if it doesn't do anything)

I do, evidently, but normally in that version I can't turn the voilence level over 'Normal'. The patch changed this to include High and MB, so I thought maybe it was intended to add the animations and function of those settings as well, similiar to adding the children's graphics.Skynet said:Maybe you have the low violence UK edition.
I know what MB does from fallout 1, sorry if that was unclear. (that knew what it was suposed to do, not where from)Maximum blood means that if you do a extreme critical, or have the bloody mess trait on it will show the uber death animations.

That'd be great. I can't find it in the downloads section though, any idea what it's called or where I should look?PsychoSniper said:Theres a oatch out there that adds back the animations that the Eurotrashed versions of FO/FO2 had nuterd out.
Boque said:First off good work for creating the 1.05 patch. But I've got a few problems with it, first off im using the UK version of fallout 2, i installed the official patch 1.02e and then extracted in the 1.05 patch and the small update patch, i also removed patch000. Im using a 800 AMD with 650 Ram and XP home edition.
Now to the problems only a few at the moment as im only up to Den;
1. Iguana-on-a-stick doesn't heal
2. AP rounds still dont do any damage (Are they ment to)
3. I cant loot from the Fire gecko's (their pelts, and i have the gecko skinning perk)
Are these some of the problems others are having that use the uk version? Or is it happening in the US version too?
