Political Spergatory or How I Learned To Love /pol

Exactly. Like, it's not that I don't even aknwoledge the things people actually complain about. Like someone being an entitled, assholish, narcissistic prick assuming stuff or getting on your nerves or something. They do exist. But people have always been assholes. I just feel like so many out there have become simply lazy. Just as how some see the people/opinions they don't like as racist what ever there are those that say, fucking woke-bullshit. But neither of them actually know what it really is.

I hear people quoting Critical Drinker's THE MESSAGE shit a lot. It makes me wonder if they realize they are being brainwashed to be like that guy. Oh gee I see the enemy everywhere everything is shit unless A GUY IS IN IT and the guy has NO FEMALE HELP AT ALL and the girl is IN THE KITCHEN OR JUST FLYING A JET AND NEVER HELPING AT ALL. I do like to see women get beat up a bit when they try to fight guys while weighing five pounds. Prey did that and it made me feel like they were not entirely retarded minus the ending.

If terms like *woke* SJW, all get blamed as being cultural Marxism aka Frankfurt school, then this would imply Marxism is winning !

In reality fascism, the FEE society and globalist masonry run by the top tiers of the elites, march on.

Prey prey prey ! Is there any serious conversation in this mosh pit of stupidity ?

A girl/woman in my block said a few weeks back. " Me, you and Marie are all woke, we are up and out before 9am "

That is not a joke lol. She thinks woke is ' The early bird ... " Stupid cow.

It's never good to hear the words "total societal collapse" from a scholarly paper, but that's exactly the phrasing used in the new UN climate report. We all know it's bad, but what's really standing in the way of us ensuring a livable future?

I managed 10 minutes of that. The weirdest part was the climate scientist that torched himself as a protest.
Did he use petroleum ? Maybe he used pure Ethanol produced in Mexico from plant algae and bacteria.

RIP Jan Palach

I just wanna point out they say the world is going to end every 10 years or so. Sure it might be ending and I really hope it does (I don't wanna die I just do not care) BUT when my parents were young it was swarms of african killer bees and the Cold War. For us it is never ending terror and climate change/global warming/el nina nino negro.

I don't think that's comparable though.

Yes doomsayers have always been present. But what we experience right now is

1. Observable by everyone. It's literaly happening infront of our eyes. Pollution, overconsumption, excessive mining, overfishing, mass extinction and so on and so forth. Yada yada. Just recently one of the larger rivers here in Germany and Poland (The Order) lost like 400(!) tons of fish due to the extreme temperatures, pollution and excessive overuse of the river (sewage). Apparantly something caused the river to carry too much salt which then lead to certain algae overpopulating it and releasing toxins. It's not known yet if the river will ever recover.
2022 Oder environmental disaster - Wikipedia

2. It's not some lunatics/media/what ever talking about the effects of our lifestyle on the global eco systems. It's scientists. Lots and lots of scientists. And not just climate scientists if you doubt them. Biologists, Geologists, pretty much any branch that has one way or another something to do with observing and monitoring nature is saying, guys this is some dire shit and we have to do something about it.

3. And last but not least, it's not so much a doomsday scenario as more a prediction on events that will happen, if we don't make substantial changes. Or to make it simple, it's not more of a "doomsday" scenario then telling someone with a tumor that it will grow out of proportions if they aren't getting treatment, potentially killing them. Or that you should stop smoking, stop eating unhealthy, changing your diet and do more sport to avoid cardiac arrest.

*Edit

The thing is, what ever if someone believes humans to be the reason behind the climate catastrophy or not doesn't matter as we still have to invest more in preperations. Draughts and extreme weather will become an increasing issue. And yet, our societies and communities do very little in terms of prevention and protection, be it against floods, conserving water and resources or protecting vulnerable groups and securing health. Again, even if someone holds the opinion climate change is not caused by humans or not "real" you still should have a keen interest to see your governemt investing in disaster management which right now isn't really happening.

This goes from helping farmers in securing food prodction with more heat resistant crops, better agriculture to making sure cities and vulnerable infrastructure can deal better with heat, floods and other extreme weather.

Or that you should stop smoking,

The tobacco companies own me that's for sure. I drank lots of drinkies, binged as Brits do but I've never had an alcohol problem. I've taken all kinds of drugs. Only smoked Heroin 3 times just for devilment, no habit. Crack at various times, never a habit. Weed for many years, now never touch it. Mushrooms made me barf, don't like em.
Was off ciggies many, many times, longest period 10 months.

I can't think of the name for the political theory that is " If you get people paranoid they consume more "

For a very long time we have been primed for pandemics. Always overstated. Even AIDS was forecast to wipe out half the planet. The new form Monkey Pox has not been in the news much.

All other stuff mentioned say Africanised Bees has been necroed. Britain spoke of the ' Indian variant of covid '. People think oh FUCK shithole Indian covid must be a fucker.

After weeks it was tagged as Delta variant that originated in India.
Again weeks after this it was just called DELTA variant. A week or 2 later Omicron and it's sub variants were played upon.
Then all of a sudden all news mentions of covid dropped. All testing for free stopped. No need to isolate.

It never happened, ok well it did. Get more and more boosters etc.

All the denial over holes in ozone layer, coral reefs dying, oil drilling in Alaska and host of other environmental disasters CFC's, plastics, smoking are denied or belittled by SHILL scientists.

The stampede to make profits for investors who are often total non producers have fucked it all up.
Banking, Insurance, Stock markets trading on currencies etc stink like my arsehole after 12 pints and a chicken vindaloo.

Capitalism as in crowd funding or backing up an expedition like 19th century entrepreneurs is a great idea.
PEOPLE BEFORE PROFIT.
