Sorry, to grainy. I can make out a swastika and "Warning", but thats about it. Maybie I'm missing some reference, but from just looking at it alone, 2.
 
It's a wwii propaganda poster, the guy on the left (I'm assuming) is Tojo. The pic was better, but there are size restrictions on the forums.
 
Strange that you couldn't get the pic to look better. Anyway, 4/10 because it's wii, otherwise it would be lower. :toilet:

Damn. I'd remembered reading something involving acronyms which I didn't understand around your av, but never payed attention. Now I suppose my dreams of being an anthropomorphic cougar and going SWAT on people shall never pass.

If you have the time on your hands to make me somthing I'd love to see it.
