An interesting MCP with radioactive symbol. MCP stands for lots of things to me (Mutli Client Pack, mass condom popper, monkey caught poodle, mod cant pounce, ect ect)

8/10 very well done, and I would probably give it more if I knew what it standed for.

Ah ok.. thats cool. I never posted on NMA before I joined NWS, the forum always looked to be quite crowded, and I dont have time to check it as often as I would need to. I didnt really take much interest in mod projects before I discovered projectfanout, which led me too Mutants Rising.

I only give that one a 3/10... its strange anime style freaked out small things. I only like anime that really takes your breathe away, things like Spirited Away, and Nausicaa of the valley of the wind. I like pretty animation like stuff done by Studio Ghibli. I'm not keen on the strange comedies like that.
 
Why rate avatars? Rate signatures!

I will rate overally - the whole NMA avatar business deserves an 8.5/10 - most are extremely stylish, though some need some refinement.
