I don't get the logic of people rejecting fleeing Russians right now. Don't they want the people of Russia to not support it and therefore that would make them political refugees as well? Are people just thristy for blood? They should be welcoming fleeing Russians that don't want to be drafted into the invasion suicide mission, that would probably help putting even more pressure for Putin to call back down.

Putin doesn't dare back down. He's gone all in on this invasion. Even before this fiasco started I read that, because Russian politics and the enemies he's made, the only way he's going to leave office is feet first.

Of course he does. It's not his ass on the line. It would be if he didn't go all in. That's the paradox of the situation. The moment he backs down he will probably dissapear or something. But the same could happen when Ukraine wins more ground.

Yeah mostly. They don't have to go to war usually.

Looks like Ukraines forces are in Lyman, if just the edge of town, so that pockets gona collapse soon, lets hope this results in another big rout.

The issue is the more ground Ukraine gains, the more difficult will it be to defend. Binkov talks about it here and makes some interesting points :

Stoping Russians from fleeing is odd. Seems like an attempt to cause unrest at home for the war by trapping them there?

Im hearing it's bad in Russia now. theyre burning down and shooting up draft offices. my friend thinks Russia is Captial A fucked

I don't know. I never said it's solid. I am just saying he makes some good points. It's hardly a "secret" knowledge that advancing forces can also run in to issues. I mean that's exactly what happend to the Sovi ... I mean Russian advance in Ukraine. And while Russia is beaten like a dog now their generals are as competent like any western general and as well educated from a military point of view. - Their lower ranks, not so much.

Who knows what will happen in a few months.

I'm just commenting on how Youtube is now where all our info is coming from and it is from your average retard like Sam Hyde.
