Poor girl. Not only was she hit by a truck/van 2 times in a row ... the people crossing her way simply left here there like some garbage until someone decided to call the mother - where have the parents been anyway ? Did they not noticed that their child was "missing" ? Or is it normal to leave a 2 year old child alone running around.

Something is really wrong with people if they don't act ...
 
This is truly horrifying.
I doubt it could happen, but I'd certainly lock up all these fuckers and then put them down.

Not to sound like an asshole but, What's the point of this? Seems rather morbid and only two types of messages are gonna come out, 1. the ones that repeat how awful this is (wich it is) and 2. the Moral Higher ground ones that make asumptions without knowing the full context and just try to be all high and mighty, and I guess 3. messages like mine where people are jerks?
 
Well. I could have lived a happier life if not for that video, Stanislao. I wonder if those that passed her even recognized her as an injured child.
 
I simply do not understand why so many people would just stand there and let a young child bleed to death. Being too poor to help her is no excuse for this kind of stuff.

Also, did the driver not see her prior to hitting her?

I agree. Nor does it really seem like news worth reporting worldwide, but yet it is seemingly. People are kind of uncaring dicks. Go figure.
 
Stuff like this happens all the time. A friend of mine was on a studying trip in mongolia for 3 months, he said that half dead people laying beneath the street is a common sight there.
 
Well, if you see this all day and everywhere you move, I can understand it to some point. But if you walk the streets right now and see some child on the ground, not moving-- you say to yourself "ah, that's totally normal, it happens all the time somewhere." ? I have big doubts.
 
No, that's not what I meant. ;) Ofcourse I would stop by. But as you already said, people there are used to stuff like that, even if it's pretty sad. :/
 
That's the question, are they or are they not. We can't judge that, as we have no experience about how it is there.
 
This sort of shit happens in China every day, the only difference is someone got the footage. My buddy, working in Shanghai, has seen people shitting in the streets without any concern for the passers walking by, go figure. There was a scam were people threw corpses in front of your car and then blamed you for their death, they were looking for easy money and often targeted foreigners.

Sadly most people are rubbish...lets hope the little girl recovers, and the Chinese people start caring a little more for each other.
