Very nice work on Vic, Jotisz. You've made great progress. Here are my observations on a few details. He should have a little tan, a little grayer hair especially on the temples with different highlights/textures on the rest of his hair, and eyebrows. Give the man some eyebrows! ALL people have eyebrows, except Sulik, but he shaves his whole head. I agree that he looks a little shiny, but the dirt other people are asking for is optional. Sulik does not look that dirty, and he's a tribal. If you make him dirty, people playing the game will keep asking, "Why doesn't Vic take a bath? He's dirtier that Sulik." The stubble on Vic's face is an excellent touch. Very well done.
As for his clothes, the shaggy vest is not right. It should be leather or brown fabric. His critter has the same color for his vest and pants, and looks like he's wearing pre-war business clothes with his sleeves rolled up. The shirt is OK, but should not be buttoned up all the way, because Vic is a little sloppy. I like Lavo's pocket vest idea, but that might be hard to show, with so little of his vest showing in the picture. Don't worry too much about that. Maybe you could put a small pocket high up near his left shoulder, with a row of precision screwdrivers. Yeah, that could work.
Overall, Vic is looking very good. There are just a few details to be ironed out. I would really like to see this talking head in the Restoration Project.
