Things we learned from Fallout 4

Oh that f****** guy you know he could be a lot better at his job. I mean Jesus Intergalactic Christ. Didn't he also once say that he's easily bored with dialogue?

229: Fallout 4 must take place in one of the many alternate universes created by the almighty Atom. That would explain all of the many inconsistencies that the game dick slaps your face with. Fallout's Dragonbreak if you will.

I miss destroy all humans...

Theres even a mushroom cloud in the reflection of crypto's eyes. So he did eventually (almost) succeed in destroying all humans like fo3 said! Of course this all based off that pic. Just a thought i had.

Atom himself was created by an even higher power, know as Emil Pagliarulo. Emil is a sad, twisted, and utterly idiotic man. He lacks the power to even touch the true universe, the Universe of Canon where 1, 2 and NV exist. Instead he is forced to create his own twisted mockery of it, filled with things such as alien cities under the Mojave, kids in fridges, and magic alien helmets providing a lifetime supply of Jesus Juice.

I actually wouldn't be surprised if they had waived all logic and Cannon with that Multiverse Theory. They sort of did it once with the ending of Daggerfall.

Nah, I think Emil's convinced himself he's following lore just fine. Plus, with encouragement from his buddy Pete, he's decided realism doesn't matter in a post-apocalyptic game with talking mutants and zombies.

there's actually a reflection of a mushroom cloud in Krypto's eyes...I could suggest that crypto, or another of his clones, did infact (almost) succeed in destroying all humans as evidence by Fallout 3. of course this is based almost entirely off of that one picture. just a thought I had.
FO3/4 (not kidding) establish that aliens started the Great War, so according to Emil, you're dead on.
