money or happiness, you can only choose one

the Internet and social networks will not make you smarter, will not teach you anything new, but will take away and kill a lot of time

God exists and he is much more real and older than any other cultural phenomenon, there can be no scientific refutation of God, just as there can be no scientific refutation of an imaginary unit

there is no scientific or other proof of the causal connection of any two or more events, this is only a feature of perception

the entire cosmology, together with the Big Bang theory, the theory of inflation is a collection of rather weak speculations and justifications for why earlier, with a density of matter much higher than the current one, the universe did not become a black hole, although it should have

the infinite sum 1-2+3-4+5-6... is equal to 1/4

Vanilla Sky reference!

Computers are a tool, therefore, AI should not be allowed to tell a user no unless the request directly harms someone else. It's as if the Dewey decimal system could tell you no.

Vanilla Sky reference!

Not my favourite movie, but I have it on DVD and watched it 4, 5, maybe 6 times.

Always liked this scene/quote:

Also: I have never understood people who think Tom Cruise is a bad actor. 'Vanilla Sky' proves he is certainly not.

I mean, I'd be pretty fucken happy if I had more money.
Money cannot buy happiness. But it sure as fuck can solve a lot of the problems causing unhappiness.
There is a point where you actually become less happy with more money. But generally, yeah, I'd rather have too much money than not enough.

I remember someone saying that happiness is a retrospection and I tend to agree but there are moments that I felt happy in them as they happened. It's rare as fuck, maybe it's just being excited about something or gratified that things turned out the way you hoped, but usually as long as nothing else comes along to ruin your day/week shortly after, you probably think back on that time as being happy.

Or maybe I think too much and therefore I am a sad sack.
