I can't say I was looking forward to it, but the old Arnold Conan is a movie I kind of love. Sure, it's cheesy, but it has some great moments. It's just damn fun. And Arnold's Conan is very contemplative for a barbarian. Most of the time he doesn't say anything. Every time I see this new Conan he's yelling "THIS IS SPARTA!" or something essentially like it.

And musics of the old Conan movie were epic! (in any sense)
Oh yes, I agree totally. That's something I forgot to mention. The music from the Dino de Laurentis version is perfect.

The scene where the wolves chase Arnold into the barrow and he finds the old king's sword is one of my all-time favorites.

In related news, the catwoman stunt woman crashed the batmobile bike thing into a half million dollar imax camera.
The studio says that the camera was bumped and a small piece was broken off. Not much of a crash. Everything else seems to be the usual media spin to make it into an OMGZ STORY!! I blame TMZ.

Of course, it has spawned an amusing (for a couple of minutes) round of "women can't drive' jokes.

People watch Enthrian, it's the movie you will forever remember. It's better than the Dark Knight trilogy or any other shitty action movie that hollywood ezqueeses out.

Two face didn't wear a bandage in The Dark Knight because he didn't want it. I remember a dialogue where Gordon asks him why he refused to wear his bandages while Two-face was in the hospital...

Dum Maaro Dum was so awesome. It had one of the best soundtracks of the last 10 years, and the cop in the movie is so well played

He wore bandages, it said he refused to take pain medication.

I'm pretty sure that was New York.

whatever, the thing is it looked completely generic.
I don't get the appeal of making a realistic approach to a fantasy setting that consists of removing every bit of charm from it.

It looked pretty much like real world New York City, which I'm pretty sure is what Gotham is based off of. What would you expect Gotham to look like?

A little mroe atmsopheric, something more unique, it doesn't look liek a place where an Arkham Asylum could exist, or an Iceberg Palace, and if they did they would probably look generic too. I would have liked it to be more stylistic.

Wikipedia says the films were shot in chicago and england, just to clear that up. And I always felt the films were going for a batman: year one sort of feel, which is why Gotham dosen't look like the city in Batman TAS or the tim burton movies. Though I agree making it look more like the photo walpknut posted would make it more unique and fit the batman setting.

Well there are only six or so in the entire world, so when people hear that a bike has crashed into it, I can understand some people making a fuss over it.
