What game was this?

What a memory trip. I had also completely forgotten about Hover :D

I haven't guessed any of the latest, but after reading 46 pages I feel I deserve to contribute.
I thought up a few games underway and many of them has already been posted.

This was one of my favorite games for the Commodore 64.
I remember at the end of each level you had to draw against a boss, which I found a bit hard at times.
One of the joysticks had an auto fire button; The poor sod never stood a chance :D
My cheating days are over, tho..

It's High Noon for the C-64.

Aye.

Loved how the undertaker would come out and drag the dead outlaws into his shop in the middle of the gunfight.
That's a man who takes his job seriously :D

You could also shoot the bandits off of their horses; with no harm to the animal of course.

A spiritual predecessor to Alphadrop's?

Seem to have evolved a bit. It has even got a train station. :)

Ultima Underworld 2. I remember back then it was amazing from a technical standpoint. It was also nicely tied to Ultima 7 IIRC. It's a shame the series ended with the terrible U9.

Yeah. I never actually bothered to play Ultima 9, after looking at the back of the box. Ultima Underworld 2 was excellent, though. I don't think I ever completed it, I kept getting stuck in one the worlds.

edit:I put in the quote.

Carmageddon.
Openning a (can of whoop ass-)door to atomise pedestrians, now that was fun !

My turn now ? The best VS (next to IK+) game ever, rocking your crocodile socks off :

Rampage, but since UnidentifiedFlyingTard didn't post a new one, I'll take the turn. Stretched screenshot for your viewing pleasure.
