Look at what happens when people actually start getting hurt in the video. As soon as shit looks like it is getting out of control, everybody starts backing the fuck up and calming down. We are talking about soft ass spoiled Americans here, not serfs/slaves rising up to kill the establishment.

And yea, that dread lock girl was all huffing and puffing and screaming shit until shit got REAL. Now I do not condone the violence but she was clearly caught up in the mob mentality dominating both sides. Watch her reaction AFTER getting hit, she calmed the fuck down real quick.

Did she attack anyone?

Was there any way of justifying the attack against her as self-defence?

Was there any way of justifying that attack against her as defence of others.

If the answers to all these questions is "No" then what happened is assault. Plain and simple.
 
I never said it wasn't assault. My point was she clearly went into a situation that didn't look like it was going to be 'peaceful'. I mean who seriously, in their right mind, joins a protest where their fellow protestors are prepped for for a scuffle.

Another thing, people get all huffy and puffy about a protest but they can't be bothered to fucking vote for the democratic candidate, to get something than nothing? Yeah sure, it is their right but to go out to protest, yet, waste a vote, is absolutely asinine.

Just to get this straight, who ever falls back to violence, be it the left, right, martians I don't care, they are wrong. Seriously, you can agree or you can disagree with some idology or ideas that's what a democracy is about. But to applaud while it's erroding? That's not really smart in my opinion. I am not saying the US is becoming a Nazi regime tomorrow, but see who's saying it couldn't get more authoritarian? Or what might happen once more and more people in the population actually loose completely faith in the democratic process? Authoritarianism is always fun if it hits the others, but once someone calls you a communist and you're sitting in trial - see Carthynism, things suddenly become different. The violent polarisation of a democratic society isn't necessarily something that should be applauded, but that's my opinion.

Looking over the newest riot in the states I am beginning to wonder if everyone if just plain old fucked. Anti fascist group protests at free speech event, I mean just read that and try to understand because I have given up understanding what people are on what side. Free speech people seem to support Trump, and anti-fas as they are called is against Trump, but free speech is not something associated with a fascist government so........ (also I see that depending what website or news organization you look at its either a free speech rally or a white supremacist rally. Which is it? Is it really just white supremacists or was it a free speech rally with some white supremacists showing up?)

Although the picture I saw of someguy giving a wedgy to someone else made me laugh hahahaha.

Well, I won't say that this is true for everyone or all the groups out there and probably not for everyone who's either for or against Trump. But I noticed that free speech is often used as some kind of broad umbreall for 'only my opinion is actually correct and you need to shut up'. Either side, be it die hard Trump supporters or die hard Trump-haters/extreme-leftist-what-ever, will be very quick with the idea to silence their enemy if you want to so, or what ever they oppose.
There are lots of idiots in every group or ideology, including 'my' political side but many see only the idiots on the other spectrum while ignoring the ones that sit on their side.

George W. Bush did cocaine and he was a two term prez of US. Think about that. That dude sniffed cocaine, or smoked crack, I don't know his preferences, and then pranced around high. And then later on was 'born again', meaning became a religious freak, a Christian Taliban basically who hears voices. He started the war in Iraq because "the voice of god told him to do so". That's what he said, look it up. Hence, 1 mil people dead, Isis, etc. the mess we have today and will continue to have far into the future.

Please note that I'm not in any way condoning violence here. Just want to point out that if you go somewhere to stir shit up, you can expect said stirred-up shit to hit the fan from time to time. It also looks like she's wearing a weighted-knuckle glove (apparently illegal in California).
Let's be clear: That girl isn't some innocent bystander or well-meaning pacifist. She advocates violence as long as it's for the right cause and done by the correct side.
I don't want to see any violence at such a rally, all I'm saying is that my sympathy is rather low.

/edit: And before there are any questions about the guy who punched her: He's also scum, massively so. A former marine who, suffering from PTSD, tried to kill himself and served five years in prison for armed robbery, where he joined white nationalists in prison. Later he founded Identity Evropa and is a well known white supremacist.

TBH, the reason I've been debating this is because I want to see the perpetrator locked away in a cell.

If there's legal reason to lock an actual white supremacist away for a couple more years, I want to make sure everyone agrees what he did was assault.

If a guy with a five year prison sentence prior assaults someone...that could be one of those things that put one away for life. In USA.

I mean, if you're black. But if you're white, of course not! You can go on assaulting women and starting extreme radical organisations etc.
