Who do you think is the most badass character in the entire franchise?

F3 + F4? Haven't seen anything good come out of BGS, and NV happened between so it doesn't count.
Well if you combined Fallout 3 and Fallout 4, you'd get Fallout 34, meaning that Bethesda needs to make 30 more terrible Fallout games, before anything even remotely good comes out there ass.

3 + 4 = 7
Fucking dumbass.

We all know that Tictacs, 1, 2, NV, BoS are non-canon, so Fallout 9 should be a great RPG. With Bethesda's current dev cycle that's only 35 years until the next good Fallout. Can't w8 XdXD

Damn I totally forgot about ed. Even suicide by deathclaws doesn't work for him. Even the enclave might have experimented on him instead of killing him.

If you talk to the main character, the things goes like this, man.

Canonic Vault Dweller > Courier Six > Chosen One > Lone Wanderer >>>> Sole Survivor.

Of companions, i would say Charon of Fallout 3 or Craig Boone. Both were hard as fuck.

Else, Frank Horrigan or Ulysses. So, Frank survives the FEV tests and then he is suited up in a gigantic Enclave Power Armor. Is anything as badass as that?

Ulysses walked the Divide, the hardest DLC i have see. He has a hard son of a bitch, and that voice made him even more badass. He can be as great as the Courier, but he was in fact the original Courier Six. And that is pretty badass.

Richard Grey is my favourite. Crawled out of the vats, started dipping rats and dogs, consumed a lot of creatures and went full Unity eventually!

Frank is more like a human-shaped mecha so while definitely dangerous, it's as much the equipment as fighting skill.

Ulysses, Graham, and potentially Boone for me if he got his, "Let's go on a suicide mission into Caesar's Base camp and murder everyone instead."

Preston Garvey. He has like 48484984949846564987 endurance, because I shot him with 50 mini nukes right to the fucking face, but he keeps on fighting like a boss

Hoffigan and Lapdancius has nothing on him

He is a walking nightmare
Fucking shot him repeatedly, watched his bar go to red hostile, he goes down - won't die, I spray the stupid back of his head with bullets, I basically FILL his brain with lead
He resiliantly gets up
and gives me a quest

Most badass character is....

Chris Avellone.

That guy from F1 is just badass as fuck.

And not just because he has the same name as the mayor of Springfield in tactics.

I don't know if anyone mentioned Harold yet, but he is in my opinion badass. Not only did he track down the original source of the super mutants he managed to get out alive and survive the ghoulification process. If thats not bad enough he also manages to survive with nothing at the Den. When the player comes along, and if is not doing well he then tells you that maybe you should keep your caps. Harold is a badass at suffering quietly, and only tells his story when asked.

How is Boone a coward?
When it came to his wife there were always other options that he could've gone through to save her. Wait for her to be sold and then when she travels with a much lighter group he could ambush them and try to save her. But no, instead he just goes "I had to murder my wife and our unborn child!" No, Boone. You didn't 'have to', you were just too damn craven to actually try to save her because you fixated on the idea of "what if I fail" so much that you talked yourself into the idea that this was the only viable outcome.

There is another reason I find Boone cowardly but I am not getting into it here.
