World Cup 2010 South Africa

The red card was bullshit - it was a disgraceful dive. Other than that I saw Ronaldo dive as much as always so that's what eh gets for crying wolf all the time.

No it wasn't. They never showed a close-up of the moment of impact, every time showing the close-up starting just after the elbow.

But if you watch this video, from about 0:25 on, you can see that Costa at least swings his arms out while creeping in front of Capdevila.

Besides that, diving there by Capdevila would make no sense whatsoever. If the ref doesn't buy it he's leaving a man completely open to get the ball in his own penalty area, no one dives in that situation.

Most compelling argument ever. I'm seriously thinking about considering thinking about changing my predisposition to not give a flying fuck... If you'd like clarification, please read this.

Oh, I'm sorry, I was under the impression that you read sentences and not just individual words. I gave clear arguments and points you could refute. Instead, you decided to focus on a very specific part of my entire text, ignoring everything else including the sentence that text was a part of. If you're going to act like that, there's no point to talking to you about anything.

I saw it - and whatever swing of the arm was there it was definitely not worth a red card - perhaps not even a yellow. Oh well, there was impact made and a foul was due for sure. Portugal looked like they were going to lose anyways by that point, so it doesn't matter.

Damn corrupt refs, always stopping Serbia from winning the world cup.

The Netherlands will be shown the door tonight…Brazil will boot them out of this tournament, and rightfully so because their football game is boring and ugly… Netherlands 0 – Brazil 2.

Be as prematurely smug as you want, I'm looking forward to a great match.

good match so far, both teams are playing very well, but the ref is really bad.

And the game is not easy, for both teams, but I can see a Brazil advantage. Netherland's defense is too open.

:(

congrats for the Netherlands, they played very well. Brazil lost all the control it had in the second half, and after the first goal against us (brought by no one else than ourselves), the moral of the team was clearly absolutely killed.

But no problems, we will win at home in 2014 ;)

Full credit to the Netherlands, their second half was brilliant, and they slowly dismantled Brazil…that was the best match of the tournament, and the Netherlands deserved their win…

Arrogant Brasil pussies finally gets their asses off the Cup.

And they showed one big nothing today, except 10'.

we're not arrogant, we're realistic, and we're even able to recognize that other teams may play better than us in certain aspects, as we recognize the Netherlands today.

You on the other hand is arrogant and unable to see that Brazil has a good team, despite its errors.

The second half was a joy to behold. Congrats to the Netherlands. If not for some poor decisions during their counter-attacks near the end of the game, the score could have been ever higher.

Argentina's job just became a little easier, some might say.

Are you trying to convince me I have something against Brasiil, sweety? :wiggle:

Dunga fucked it up from beginning to the end very thoroughly and you'd go down facing Germany or Argentina anyway, lets face it.
