It's not just Bethesda that is at fault; it's also the fans who keep consuming and defending their products, no matter how objectively flawed it is, who are equally guilty in my eyes. Because of the type of fans Bethesda cultivated, along with the revenue they get from them, it enables or encourages Bethesda to make flawed products with shallow iconography and simplistic storytelling for maximum appeal and profit.

If you don't mind me asking, what would be the cause of me getting a black screen when I follow Endocore's method when configuring mapper2 for Fallout 1. Am I missing something? Only asking because I did all the steps. So I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

til "thou" is originally pronounced "thu/thoo", without the diphtong, which is basically just "du" with a "th", very Germanic!

I hate living in America with its car-centric city design. The more I live here, the more suffocating it feels since commuting by public transport, walking, and biking isn't feasible. I wish I were somewhere else, like the Netherlands, which seems to do the exact opposite in urban design compared to America.

I wish I were still living in D.C. since it's decently walkable and it's not too loud or crowded like New York, but the problem with D.C. and other decently walkable cities in America is that it's getting expensive due to gentrification, giving me and others not much options but to move out and be forced to use cars.
