Lamest Legendary Item?

It Wandered In From the Wastes
What's the most pathetic legendary item you've found in game so far? I humbly submit this one:

All of these additions to the game would have been welcome if they weren't the only additions to the game and weren't paired with a complete subtraction of the dialogue.

Fallout 4 is an MMORPG grindfest masquerading as a role-playing game.

Honestly? All of them for the most part. None of them are all that great IMO. The Legendary enemies and items are one of the weakest additions to FO4.

And the worst part is that you can't, like, disenchant these items to apply the bonuses where they would make sense.

Still, I'm a sucker for this sort of thing. I will finally create the ultimate rifle/whooping stick and I shall christen it "Toddslayer" and I shall use it to smite all corporate entities who stand in my way, for I am Icarus, Destroyer of Electronic Artists!

Wow. That got rambly.

The Junky's Switchblade. Any of the "Junky" legendary items are pretty crappy anyway.

Does anyone actually use any of the Legendary items? They all suck, half the time their effects are so specific or even so useless that their only use is as sellable junk because you can't even scrap them for parts...

but that Gamma Gun is simply beyond retarded. It's basically a medigun for Ghouls...

I guess I've been "lucky" and found several useful legendary items. One of them I bought, the Destroyer's Helmet, so I won't count that. But I have one piece of armor that gives me +1 STR and +1 END, and another one that gives +1 PER and +1 AGI. Found a missile launcher that has a chance of staggering, which can actually be pretty useful. And several combat knives, one of which ignores armor. Also a shotgun with a chance to cripple legs, which is something I use shotguns for regularly.

I hate the system though and considered for a while not to use any of them because it's just so stupid. But since I kinda stopped playing it like an rpg I don't really care anymore. I just ignore the useless ones and the blatantly over-powered ones that would render several game mechanics useless.

I found a Double Shot 10mm pistol once, and with a muzzle break, a hardened piercing auto receiver and a large clip it obliterates sentry bots in seconds.
Most of the items are useless, though, and can't be scrapped, much to my annoyance when I need screws and shit.

There is an enchantment that makes your gun shoot two bullets at once for the price of one. There is a Fatman, called Big Boy, sold by Arturo that has this enchantment. I would say it's quite damn good. Wish I had a Gauss rifle with that enchantment. Though I already one-shot pretty much everything with it.

Fatman already one shot everything anyway. I even got one that had as an enchantment "+15% damage to limbs". Like, does limb damage even do anything in this game? Your character auto heals it after a while and enemies don't seem to act differently from getting crippled limbs.

Fallout weapons with enchantments ... I can't be the only one who feels that this sounds kinda wrong.

Not that I have a problem with crafting though and improving weapons. Actually I think this is one of the best parts of Fallout. But you can't really say that all of it makes a lot of sense. Like, why should a certain weapon have a chance to freeze enemies, or to damage limbs, shooting plasma bolts or what ever. Has the game at least different forms of amunition for weapons? Like armor pearcing or something like that?
