Introduce yourself! AKA the "Say hello" thread

I've been lurking around the forum for a couple of months or even a year, but I've just created my first account now. Played my first Fallout game with New Vegas by seeing YouTube videos about it everywhere and ended up loving it. Then played 1 and 2 by seeing YouTube videos about it everywhere and ended up also loving it.

Thank ya, looks like a sidescroller shooter? Like Contra or Metal Slug maybe? Don't judge too harshly, I've hardly played those kind of games. Looks sick though.

Yeah, it's very similar to Contra and Metal Slug. If you take a slight interest in those games, like I did when I first discovered this game, you might enjoy it. Personally, I was mostly drawn to the 80s art style and music but ended up enjoying the whole game.

Fair, I tried a bit of Metal Slug out the other day and might keep playing those for a bit. If I enjoy it enough, I might get this game just cuz it looks cool lmao.

I've been a fan of Fallout for 16 years - completing Fallout 1 and 2 back in 2014. And now I've finally decided to join this forum because it's one of the few independent forums left. And because it's the only isolated Fallout community. As well as having a personal dislike of that cult site and the type of Fallout fans it inhabits that cannot handle the fact that this site exists.
