Fallout 4 and Doom in VR look pretty novel.

Doom maybe. Fallout 4 looks janky with horrid UI

Pete Hines sounds so damn awkward. He has no charisma at all.

Yes, because when I think Bethesda, I think cute children.

Actually, what would an Obsidian-made Elder Scrolls look like?
      1. R.Graves
        R.Graves
Morrowind but with better gameplay and dialogue.

I'm also pretty excited for Metro, Anthem and AC: Origins.

@Walpknut It actually seems like a great multiplayer game to play with your buddies. It's the kind of game I've been looking for for years.

A Way Out also looks pretty good, too. Nice to have good co-op experiences these days.

Actually, it looks like a pretty good game. Might pick it up at some point.

Star Wars Battlefront II is said to have three times the content of SWBF1. That's good! It'll be a normal-sized game now!

@R.Graves What is this "comment function?" Is it a beverage?

@RangerBoo Don't we have a very notable exanple of a great game having an 18-month dev cycle?
      1. RangerBoo and R.Graves like this.

Yes but Obsidian put their heart and soul into New Vegas as they really wanted to make a new Fallout game. Their was no such passion with Bioware with ME:A.

Am I the only guy who's excited for E3? I mean, last year wasn't great, but we did get Doom, so...

Going in hypefree can save you from not liking the thing you want to like actually. I went in blind on MGSV and FF15 and I enjoyed them for the most part. Not following the hype train is a good thing. E3 is exciting but never build it up. Recall FF7 and Shenmue 3 being announced? What have we seen since then?

Yeah, being hype free is great. The most I feel is excitement and even that is mild nowadays.

@TorontRayne Again, there was Doom, the Nintendo Treehouse is always nice (though it's technically not E3) and there have been a few great announcements scattered around.

Okay, so after messing around for a little bit, I found that moving ddraw.dll out of the game's folder and disabling the hi-res patch allowed the game to launch, but I still can't get past the intro video. So... Drat.

@Big No In my opinion, neither of the Adventture games hold up. Of course, I'm in the minority there, I think.

The logo looks a little too edgy for me, though. Let's hope we don't get Shadow the Hedgehog 2.
