An analogy for the "mods 'll fix it" argument

The issue I have with this is that that 90% of those mods actually don't add that much to the gameplay. Do you really HAVE to play as a nude character? Do you really need a pink hello kitty power armor? Skyrim has a few really great mods, like the city expanded mods and the interesting-npc mods. That is probably the only way to really not be ridiculously disappointed with the game. Unfortunately, however, there is no mod in the world that can fix a game that has awful writing, it can only make a bunch of distractions to hopefully let you forget about it.

Hey you can interact with your character, look at all the useless junk you can "interact" with! Interacting with a kid in a fridge as well.

F4 has lowered the bar so much for meaningful character interaction that pretty much all games I used to think were "dumbed down" really do feel like masterpieces if I replay them now.

I see it as the GECK providing the land, so the "farmers" can use the shit for growing better "crops". You feel me?

even though those farmers have to pay the equivalent of a fertile ground with crops and all that already in there to buy a piece of desert with infertile soil? while there are also lots of available fertile grounds all over that place they can buy with that money?

Speaking of mods fixing things:
It seems like we didn't have enough ridiculous stuff in the game, now having realistic 3D nipples in the game makes it more immersive along with that fake boob job and oversized asses. I guess Bethesda really has found their target audience that wants porn in their games, oh and the game isn't realistic enough unless we have pregnant women running around. Kind of scary to have pregnant women all around when there's clearly settlements consisting of two rotting houses and no resources, how can they take care of that baby? Anyways good job on setting priorities of having the ability to allow all women to run around naked if you remove their clothes modding community.

I can't really rag on a body mod, I use breezes in FNV for the armors I have. However downloading it simply to see naked toons seems like a lot of work with all the free stuff floating around the internet.
