That last vid also happens to be the best Disney villain song of all time.
After spending my time as a child watching Disney movies like Cinerella, The Little Mermaid and Snow White, I found it to be interesting to read the original fairy tales. Turns out, they're very dark compared to the Disney movies! 
The ugly sisters cutting off their little toes to make the shoe fit, and getting their eyes pecked out at the end of the story. The little mermaid ends up turning to ash after she refuses to kill the Prince for his blood to turn back into an immortal mermaid.
Well, that's disneyfication for you, they couldn't have their movies freak out little kids now could they?
Still, I will always enjoy the old classic Disney movies based on fairytales.

Someone should make a fan edit that removes the Gargoyles from the movie. Or at least from the climax.
I'm pretty sure the gargoyles were only in there so that Disney could still claim it was a kid movie.
You have to remember though that the gargoyles aren't actually moving. Quasimodo is just imagining that they are. He's not quite right in the head.

Still just happens in his imagination. They definitely needed to change the ending a bit for the film to make it more kid friendly.

No I'm saying that I understand why they changed it the way they did. The ending change was necessary.

I understand the Hunchback was like that. I just didn't like the character altogether. His voice was normal sounding and it threw me off. I think I would have liked him more if his voice was kinda weird sounding too. His normal voice didn't fit the way he looked. Just what I thought as a kid I suppose. Haven't watched it in years. I own it though. I'll give it another shot tonight.
