Are shots to testicles really funny?

Yep. Groin hits are awesome.
 
In the San Fransisco fighting ring, I often make a point of delivering most blows to their groin (oh, what a pun)

It's fun tho. If you keep it up, you'll get winner knockouts to their groin and stuff. Few wins are better than someone passing out from a fist to the balls.
 
I would think that fisting their groin would get you disqualified. It's not very sportsmanlike.
 
Not really. The fights in the San Fran ring aren't matters of "sport". But it certainly would make sense if it disqualified you in New Reno's boxing ring, yet that's how I typically ensure easy victory when I climb the ranks to Prizefighter. =)

I also find it crucial, because otherwise when going up against the Masticator- a fight that's likely to drag on for some time -you run a very high risk of losing an ear (and 1 CH along with it), so unless you want to save-reload a bunch, or use the disqualification and "one more shot" method to avoid fighting the Masticator for the final round, aimed groin punches are practically a must.

But SHOTS to the groin? I imagine they'd be no less funny, but for whatever reasons, I just never bothered with them on my sharpshooters. I enjoyed seeing torsos violently tear apart because of powerful critical shots to the eyes, so firing at nether regions never really crossed my mind. Even after discussing the possibility in this thread, I still think I'd stick to my eye shots. =)
 
It always weirded me out how a shot to eyes... destroys their torso.

That being said, shots to the groin could be considered strategic. With guns or without.

anyway only different thing is text nothing changes.
it would be funny if your character's ball explode by a shot then it affects your charisma or perks.

Ballbuster! Idunno what the effects would be tho. Maybe just general coldness and resentment, similar to Childkiller?
 
No, if your ball is breaked no woman will like it.
If your bar is cut you will suffer when you go to toilet.
that kind of thing.

I don't get this last sentence or what it was supposed to mean.
 
I think they're saying that it's totally awesome to end a fight by a knock-out nut-shot. A satisfying culmination, if you'll forgive the pun.
 
It's all fun and games until someone takes a shot to the testicle. Then it's just fun.

But isn't that a little missed? Think about your eyes getting shot, you becoming a disabled person, etc...and think about dying a horrible death. :crazy:
I'm pretty sure all those are horrible.
I myself almost never used them in firearms, but oh-so-much did in hand-to-hand combat.

I thought there are some more differences; if not then Sduibek should add them to the game in order to make it more realistic. E.g. limited depression and no more sex.
