I like how in most dialog options you have an answer to say Not Sure which backs out of dialog or you can say No and back out of dialog. TWO OF THE DIALOG OPTIONS ARE FOR THE SAME THING!

Like I said before, they Half Assed the half assing. They probably came up with the Interface first and then said "Oh shit, we need to have 4 options at all times or it will look weird!" and then proceeded to not give a shit because their audience doesn't put that much thought into things either.

They didn't give a shit because they knew that their fanboys will defend this game to the death. Hell, Bethesda could have released a giant turd and put it in the Fallout 4 box and fans still would have defended them to the death.
