Water Chip? Been There, Done That
Apparently, Nipton is for sale.

Since there´s no Legion there, it may be a good deal =p

If Nipton falls into your hands, make sure you can defend it.

I guess it won't be long before we are going to see any weed related modification for Nipton in Fallout New Vegas.

Wait! there was a ball?!

On a Serious note, isn't the growing of this particular "herbal" plant still illegal in the united states?
I'm assuming that the location will be used mostly as a dispesnary site or maybe the businesses offices or something?

Of if what the Bloomberg article infers, maybe like a THC laced resort kinda like a vacation location. Next thing up will to be givving all expenses paid vacations to Nipton California, enjoy mineral baths, weird hippy jargon, and healthy sounding things that are mostly hype and buzz words.

Imagine winning that on the price is right.

Marijuana is Schedule 1ed. So yes, federally, it's illegal. But states can pick and choose whether it is or not. It's legal in California.

But wouldn't that still allow the federal government to "seize" locally grown assets within the state?

For a second I thought the title said Novac. Like how could I buy a town that doesn't exist?

I am still waiting for Goodsprings Coucil reconsidering my offer for their Water Tower. Half a million bucks is a great price, considering it will return to me in 2 weeks after I start marijuahana plantation with @Brycen and @Tiamin on their cemetary

So, in the US, marijuana is federally illegal, but states are flagrantly ignoring that and legalizing it for use in their states. I'm torn on this, because while marijuana should be legal (less dangerous than alcohol, can help with conditions such as cancer and PTSD, et cetera) it also brings to mind issues of nullification and Cooper v. Aaron, and I'm worried about that.

However, in both California and Nevada, marijuana has been legalized. So this place is not quite illegal, though the feds could swoop in at any time and take everybody's weed.
