Climate Change is not real!

How much DMT do I need to do to get to your level.
All of it.

In seriousness, I often wonder what psychedelic (or combination of multiple) Dopa is on 24/7.

There are times that he just says shit, stringing together nouns and adjectives and the building blocks of language, and, yeah, it’s technically a sentence, but it has no point or, indeed, coherence.

And I love it.

One good thing about wind power, the problems with decommissioning and recycling of the wings gave me a nice idea for a potential future project.

It means stop believing in a talking snake and "intelligent design," and start wondering why the gulf / Bahamas are getting slam dunked by super storms bi-weekly.

So how does believing in a talking snake have anything to do with global warming or climate change remotely at all lol

Well there are people out there which say oceans can't rise because god said there won't be a second flood.

I would say a lot of Christians today, for what ever reason, don't give a shit about nature and the environment. Forget about the climate change for a moment, but currently a lot of conservative groups which see them self as faithful Christians do everything they can to deregulate environmental protections. Not just in the US by the way. And the main argument is, it hurts the economy to have those regulations.

Even if would not look at the issues with climate change we'd still have people like Bolsonaro and Trump who both are supported by a lot of devoted Christians even though they don't give a shit about the environment and any environmental protection.

That's kinda interesting.

/edit: TL;DR on this: Energy Return on Energy Invested for solar power in regions with moderate insolation (i.e. Switzerland and everything further north) is found to be less than 1, meaning that the production and everything involved with solar energy will never be returned in full during the lifetime of a solar cell. The second paper is a response to the first one, and the third a response to the second, all discussing some details in methodology and validity of the results. Either way, solar power seems to have a rather low ERoEI and would barely break even all things considered.

It's gonna loose money, and I'd rather burn coal than open up poorly managed nuclear reactors in shithole countries next-door. Fuck even the best countries and systems are too irresponsible and stupid to be able to maintain a nuclear reactor. It's short-sighted and non-traditional and out of the hands of normal people.

Normal people can atleast handle other forms of energy with minimum wage or over-specialized mindset.

Not with nuclear. You need a specifically trained staff with oversight for the remainder of the life of the facility. That alone isn't going to prevent accidents either.

It's amazing that twinks game is so hard that @StephanieHazen is jealous.

Or are they all crisis actors?

I just realized it's time to get drunk. The amount of bullshit fucked up the world is has becoming is just too much.

I guess this Greta chick is the new icon for climate change, why don't they get someone who holds some merit in the field?
Over some literal autist sperging out at the UN. Is she supposed to make everyone who disagrees with her bow their heads in shame and do what she wants?

There are a lot of people who go to church but are hypocrites keep that in mind. That said if you wanted to know the reason why enviroment isn't a top priority for Christian philosophy, it lies in its view of the world itself: christianity looks at things from the prospective of eternity, where the material world is just a transitory state. In other words, someday all gotta end.
However in all fairness it must said that the Pope has raised awareness about this topic throught the Catholic community in several speeches.
