Cyberpunk 2077 - Coming out on the 10th

It's funny because she does just that and new Twitch rules state using the term 'incel' can get you banned.

Twitch will no longer allow streamers and commenters to go around calling one another “simps.” The term — a recent favorite in the Twitch community that nominally refers to men who seem desperate for a woman’s attention — will be banned when used as an insult under Twitch’s upcoming revamp of its harassment policy. “Incel” and “virgin” will be banned as insults, too, Twitch COO Sara Clemens said during a live-streamed town hall this afternoon.

This shit makes Mankind Divided look like a god-damned masterpiece.

I would disagree. There's a great game here, storytelling wise, with mediocre controls and gameplay.

Mankind Divided was a shit story with great controls.

I choose the former over the latter.

I don't appreciate people bad-mouthing Mankind Divided. That game was awesome and outside of the story improved upon HR in every way.

Bullshit. The premise of the game is that the poor unwashed put upon refugees of humanity are the people with the 50,000,000 dollars worth of hardware and advanced technology in their bodies.

Its' a metaphor that does not work in any way.

Not to mention they actually removed an hour of gameplay in an already short game (which is a vital PLOT MISSION no less) to add more DLC.

Edit:

Wow, CD Projekt Red has lost a billion dollars due to their buggy console. I really hope they can turn this around. I want the game (and its sequels) to be fixed not canceled.

Everyone and their mom has augs in Cyberpunk, and it's safe to assume the terrorist group was funded by Rucker with the help of the Illuminati. I also don't think augs cost that much.

It was forced, but the idea that a group of people who all collectively lost control and went on a rampage would bring them some animosity isn't that far-fetched. I can't imagine the average aug getting or keeping their job after that either.

I should've been in the game but it is free, It's not like all of that bullshit was Eidos' decision.

Wealth is measured but its not actual money. they lost the possibility of getting one billion dollars if they sold the stock. but that doesn't sound as sexy as 1 BILLION DOLLARS LOST OMG!!!!! Its fucking click bait, broham.

The story in Cyberpunk is passable at best and frankly not enough to keep me engaged in this half-assed mess. I actually finished Mankind Divided.

It's a story that really is broken up in incredibly good arcs among medium ones. The Voodoo Boys questline with Johnny and Alt's relationship is fantastic, IMHO.

Edit:

Playstation has removed Cyberpunk 2077 from their store. This feels...monumental.

Well it is broken on both the PS4 and PS5. At least they are offering refunds. I am now debating which launch was worse. Fallout 76 or Cyberpunk 2077?

I feel confidant in saying that Fallout 76 was boring as fuck and buggy but it was nowhere NEAR as buggy or unplayable.

It was also not nearly as fun and had no story worth telling.

So, tough call. I'm still playing Cyberpunk and having a good time, though. Even as awkward as it is to have an unskippable cutscene where Keanu Reeves looks in the mirror as he has sex with a blonde.

Wife: What are you watching?

Me: I have no idea.

I feel bad for the regular cdpr devs that had to bust ass under chaos and absurd deadlines. They see all this shit now after all that and you know managment will be taking it out on them.

Sony pulling the game from the PS store and issuing refunds is some serious wtf when they have a ton of trash in their store and yet don't do that for those terrible games. Still, making the circus that is this game's release even bigger than before, and i'm honestly having a blast.

Whatever excitement i had left for new AAA games has been replaced by me waiting for the possibility of the game's release being a disaster, and in turn produce a ton of meme material for me to laugh at.
