Cyberpunk 2077 - Coming out on the 10th

There's some really good moments in this game, though, they're just intermittent like the fact there's an entire quest about dealing with snuff porn makers and the moral decision of whether or not to kill their editors.

I mean, I gunned them down like dogs.

This is probably relevant.

This whole situation is pretty funny to me, at least their are some wholesome 100 Keanu CHUNGUS moments (Apparently the reason Johnny is as prominent as he is the game is how people reacted to his inclusion in the game AKA Redditors).

When even Pissed Off Jose is bitching about how glitchy your game is. This is the same man that gave Skyrim a 10/10 when that game came out as a broken, glitchy mess with outright game breaking bugs, but decided to ignore them for some reason.

It is hilarious that this game was scheduled to release back in april. The shitshow would have been way more entertaining if the game was released then.

There's honestly a lot of disinformation about the game that needs to be confronted, shitty runs or not:

* Johnny Silverhand was always the central focus of the plot because the entirety of the story is based around him being in your brain. Keanu was cast later.

* There's actually a pretty large variety of tasks you can do other than killing people: espionage, sabotage, street racing, and investigation. You just need to actually find these gigs and they're much less common than murder missions.

* The people talking about no-trans representation missed the fact there's actually several characters (one of which was a second favorite character). Ditto gay romances.

* There actually is a lot worth exploring but the game doesn't actually make it immediately clear where the interesting bits are or that there even are. I've seen some pretty fascinating places like solar power plants, scuzzy sex hotels, drive through theaters, model fashion shows, and faux Hollywoods.

* Blue dialogue choices actually can change the response of people so they're not just, "Tell me more" that you do all of them. You also get lots and LOTS of skill checks but need high stats and there's also ones that are affected by what Side Gigs you've done.

Look, that was mostly coming from game """"journalists"""" who have been after CDPR for years because they refuses to kiss their ring and give them free swag. The other is from hyper sensitive RetardEra and Twitter users who want to fight a war over nothing.

Because at least Skyrim allow the player to rebind the movement and interact keys...and there is basic WALK key.

This is Fallout 76 level of bad.

Here's some of the ones I thought of while playing the game:
  • Improved driving physics (apparently this is deliberate because the low level cars move like ass as a way of showing you should upgrade)
  • A separate icon for buying vehicles in the game so they don't look like sidequests
  • A way to turn OFF alerts for buying vehicles.
  • A sidequest related to your Origin story to make it feel less random ("Your Corpo boss faked his death!")
  • Allowing you to change your appearance at the Ripper Docs as per Barbershop
  • A sidequest allowing you to pay your rent (which is a bizarre thing to mention but bugged me).
  • More Joytoys (Call me perverted but it's weird there's only two in the entire game)
  • A way to fill up your gun rack in appearance. It always looks so wrong being empty like that.
  • Listing "invisible" dialogue options like Intelligence 7/10 so you know when you're missing content due to not meeting the Attributes.
  • Try to do some of those braindances you can buy as short 30 second or minute content.
  • A quest chain related to the Moxes. I really like these girls and want to be like Dwight in Sin City helping them out.
  • Similarly, I'd like a quest chain related to Trauma Team. They appear and then just sort of disappear from the game.
There's plenty of content that feels like it SHOULD be here but isn't.

I keep running into these fucking guys. had to to find a way around the train station they were in trying to revive somebody and weren't taking shit from anybody.

We're reaching the point of legal fraud now.

Which is something lots of people throw around but...no, I mean, literally.

If this does not get them in legal trouble with Sony or Microsoft I don't know what will. If I was those two I would be hesitate to trust CDPR ever again.

lol. I wonder if this makes all those people jumping to their defense a week ago over some silly ass review on a shit website feel kinda dumb right now?

Admittedly I haven't really had that many problems. The biggest bug I've had is getting multiple calls at once and V deciding to put them on a conference call so that little screen they show up had 2 people in telling me about the jobs they wanted done. My Immurshun was shattered.

Weirdly, I wish we could collect the Advertisements around the city. There's some fucking hilarious ones.

If you're going to try to trigger an epileptic, you don't have a soul to begin with.

I have the game guide which has a lot of the ads you see in the game in it. My favorite is the one where it has a naked woman trying to sell you dog food. It is funny how overtly sexual the ads are. Then again, if you were to see ads in cities like Las Vegas or Los Angeles you would believe that this is the direction we are starting to take with sleazy and overtly sexual advertisements.
